Where is my package?
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you can track your order at any time by clicking the link provided in your shipping email.
It usually takes 24-48 hours for the system to update the tracking number to you after we prepare the item.

Our warehouse team always aims to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Standard delivery normally takes 3-5 working days but sometimes this does take a little longer which can be up to 10 days. If you are worried about your order, feel free to get in touch with our customer service team via Email. For higher value or large items, we may upgrade your delivery and send it via a courier service.
